Amazing I made a few modifications instead of half and half I used almond milk and put Panko bread crumbs for crunch.

I changed it up a bit. Used some cheeses from a cheese and bread meal. Sharp white cheddar, pepper Jack cheese, some laughing cow and some American cheese. Added a bit of red chili flakes for a bit of heat. Topped with cheddar and a tiny bit of Parmesan. Liked it

Wow!!! YUMMM! What a creative way to make a cheese sauce! I used 2% milk and full fat cream cheese for the base. I doubled the recipe for the size of my cauliflower. I am SOOO glad I did!

I had to double the recipe to make enough. I wanted to make 5 servings, and it came out as two. It was delicious, though.

Didn't make enough for us. We were all fighting for it Lol. I also doubled the cream sauce as other reviews suggested.

Like others I doubled the cheese. I used milk and full cream and while doubling all other ingredients I tripled this to ensure the cauliflower was coated. I sprinkled panko crumbs on top before baking. Perfect golden topping with a crunch.

Super tasty. Super easy. I didn't cut my cauliflower too small so i needed enough sauce to cover so i doubled the recipe.

Really good! Super easy to make, and I added a bit more half and half, cream cheese, and onion powder. Added a bit of salt to taste for a bit more flavor. Will definitely be making as a side dish again!

Really good, will definitely make again! I added a bit more half and half, cream cheese, and onion powder (probably double!) because I was skeptical of having enough of a base to melt the cheese—my instinct was correct and the dish was wonderfully creamy. Only 3 of 5 family members would eat it, which is good because this doesn’t make much. I served as a side dish and didn’t have any leftover.

This was a great dish, filling too! I made alterations which might be useful for anyone making it in the UK (I usually do to any dish I make). I boiled & strained the (chopped) Cauliflower then started browning chopped, 1 med. red onion and ~2.5 cloves garlic in about 1TB of butter (amazing addition for great flavour instead of powders). Then, added two big TB dollops of cream cheese and 150ml of double cream which mixed together lovely (still cooking it)! I added shredded chicken I'd already had (could boil and shred while doing the cauliflower or Costco has it canned). Then mixed it all in a dish, topped with grated Red Leicester cheese and grated Parmesan and cooked in the oven to warm through and brown the cheese. Really lovely and the addition of the chicken was very filling!
